The privacy issue is a good point with China, but we don't think that is enough of a reason to stop the propose $117 billion merger, all together. Qualcomm Inc, have been struggling for a while and Broadcomm have alot of debt with a P/E over 60. Stopping the deal could tank their stocks prices.
