Like Radio Shack, Toy R Us is another company that fail to realize, that their business model was becoming a commodity, and fail to turn their business around to stay relevant. Also, I always thought the name was weird as a kid. One of the first rule in business naming, is that, don't play with the spelling or it would be doom in time.
